SMORT Training
EAdvantage has received another grant to build two additional online training modules for the North Carolina State Mortuary Services in conjunction with the Central Piedmont Community College. The two training modules will consist of media rich courselets and comprehensive quizzes and exams. These courselets are designed to help the NC SMORT team efficiently coordinate with local funeral homes and the Fatality Assessment Team.
CPCC and AAAF Intel Courses
EAdvantage has been awarded a contract for the development of two continuing education courses on the subject of intelligence for the support of law enforcement for the state of North Carolina. EAdvantage, Inc. will provide Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) and the American Academy of Applied Forensics (AAAF) with two continuing education courses for the education of law enforcement personnel in the use of intelligence. These courses will offer both synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms via online material as well as classroom instruction. As EAdvantage continues to develop training for public safety offices, we look forward to a long and effective partnership with Central Piedmont Community College and the American Academy of Applied Forensics.
The National Institute for Corporate and Public Securities Studies (NICPSS)
EAdvantage has recently helped launch the educational institution NICPSS or The National Institute for Corporate and Public Securities Studies. NICPSS provides education and research to both government institutions and commercial firms, focusing on public safety and corporate awareness. NICPSS partners with experts in a variety of fields including law enforcement, counter-terrorism, international studies, intelligence, private and public security, and information sharing. Dedicated to providing clients with critical information to create a more secure world, NICPSS provides online and in-person education.

VA Polytrauma Grant
EAdvantage has been included on the Polytrauma research grant team in association with the University of Pittsburgh and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Polytrauma is the medical term used to describe the condition of multiple injuries which severely disable a victim. These injuries can be physical, cognitive, psychological or psychosocial impairments that are often found in veterans. Through better understanding of the nature of polytrauma we hope to better combat these devastating afflictions.
LMSS
Eadvantage Inc and Alion Science and Technology have embarked on a joint venture for the Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support (LMSS) contract with the Department of Defense. The mission of project is to establish a comprehensive ordering vehicle to provide total life cycle systems management support for business process services and solutions for DoD Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support (LMSS) functions and associated technologies. These services include the planning, implementation, execution, and retirement of business processes and systems solutions for DoD LMSS activities and associated business initiatives.
SMORT Training

These courselets are designed to help the NC SMORT team respond effectively and safely to large scale disasters on a statewide scale.
Vets GWAC
Eadvantage Inc was awarded the Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract allows the Eadvantage Team to provide support services in two functional areas - Systems Operations and Maintenance and Information Systems Engineering. The contract has a five-year base period with one five-year option.

Public Safety Training 2009
Eadvantage in conjunction with the Central Piedmont Community College has successfully completed the In Service 2009 Training Program for North Carolina State Law Enforcement Officers for the spring semester. The In Service 2009 program achieved record success this year outpacing the last six semesters in terms of enrollment and completion. The In Service 2009 Law Enforcement Training allows officers state-wide to receive valuable training for a wide variety of duties and issues. The training program consists of interactive courselets, quizzes and exams that are designed to keep officers up to date in a format that works with their busy schedules.
Telework Job Bank
Eadvantage has collaborated with Virginia Commonwealth University to launch the Telework Job Bank. This online resource is designed to connect employers with prospective employees who for a variety of reasons need to telecommute. The goal of this innovative project is to create a barrier-free help both employers and a broad community of people including disabled veterans and civilians.

Department of the Navy Foreign Disclosure
The Online OSD Foreign Disclosure Program that Eadvantage has managed is set to expand once again to now include both the US Navy and the US Marine Corps. This expansion will result in the development of twelve new courselets and exams designed to educate and inform Foreign Disclosure Officers in the Department of the Navy on the intricacies of disclosing classified military information.
Coast Guard Foreign Disclosure
In an effort to improve our nation's coastal defense the Online Foreign Disclosure Program has been enlarge to include the United States Coast Guard. A new curriculum will be built to facilitate the education of Coast Guard Disclosure Officers in the word of foreign disclosure. This initiative will allow for smoother and safer transmission of classified military information from the US Coast Guard to the Coast Guards’ of our neighbors and allies.
DISA Foreign Disclosure
The OSD Foreign Disclosure Program that Eadvantage has been piloting has expanded yet again, this time to include the Defense Information Systems Agency. The expansion will include four new courselets unique to the agency. This new expansion will allow key personnel within DISA to familiarize themselves with the critical knowledge required for foreign disclosure of classified military information. This knowledge will allow Defense Department representatives to share valuable information with allies while at the same time safeguarding our nation’s strategic intelligence assets.
Army Foreign Disclosure
OSD Foreign Disclosure contract that Eadvantage has been awarded has now been expanded beyond its initial scope of offering training to only the Office of the Secretary of Defense to include the Foreign Disclosure Officers and Contact Officers in the Department of the Army. The expansion of the program will include twelve additional courselets and exams specified to the Department of the Army’s needs and requirements.
Computer Forensics
Together with the American Academy of Applied Forensics, Eadvantage has launched a curriculum of on-line computer forensics courselets. These courselets are comprised of cutting edge material designed and moderated by the nation’s leading forensic experts. The goal of the academy is to offer the most advanced applied forensics training available to law enforcement and medicolegal investigative professionals. In the age of sophisticated technology, computers and other digital devices are frequently involved as either the target, the instrumentality or the informant of criminal activity. With 900 million people on the Internet and over one billion cell phones in the US alone, the future of successful law enforcement training will depend in large part on their expertise with digital evidence and electronic investigations. AAAF training will continue to improve and expand to meet the technological needs of law enforcement.

Eadvantage has been awarded a contract with the Office of the Secretary of Defense to develop the Online Foreign Disclosure Training Program. The program will offer online training, continuing education and certification for Foreign Disclosure Officers and Contact Officers in the Department of Defense. The program will consist of online interactive courselets, quizzes, exams and simulation. Foreign disclosure is rapidly becoming one of the most important issues in the world of defense as it facilitates the transmission of classified military information to allies in a safe and secure manner.
