eAdvantage, with its partner University of Pittsburg, applied our Agile Project Tracker system for quality measurement and management support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center (PRC) Assistive Technology Labs programs. As a result, under our contract three of the five VA Polytrauma Rehabilitation Centers were able to attain certification for Assistive Technology from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The remaining two centers were still under development.
Studies and Analysis
Related work includes the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, where the University of Pittsburg and eAdvantage developed a method to perform reviews of existing AT devices followed by the review of over 30 unique devices and detailed analysis.
In another example for the same program, eAdvantage provided change management and transition services for VA Case Managers and Employment Coordinators,. The overall success of this program resulted in VA’s transition of the program into the VA Accelerator Program, Facility Code# 3-5-0206-20.
