Culture and Values
The eAdvantage employee is a motivated and task-oriented individual who understands his or her definitive role in the company. Staff members are encouraged to think outside of the box and are challenged to do so every day on-site. Project managers and company interns alike are given large amounts of responsibility and accountability. As a result, eAdvantage employees grow smarter, faster, and more versatile by the day – not by the project – improving the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
eAdvantage works to keep employees motivated by satisfying the most basic human desire to grow and make an impact through vocation. We believe that if we hire top talent, compensate competitively, establish an ethical company culture, and give employees the skills and the environment to succeed, those employees can accomplish anything.
With the wide array of innovative technical solutions that eAdvantage offers as a company, no single employee has the knowledge, skills, or time to fulfill an entire contract on his or her own. Thus, eAdvantage, understands the importance of trust within a company. We believe that this fosters more productive, happy, and motivated employees, better customer relationships, more collaboration and better project results.
Everything eAdvantage employees do is dedicated to specified tasks directly for the customer or indirectly beneficial to the customer. For this purpose, company management has implemented a variety of decisions to make customer-focus the sole reality of eAdvantage. Examples include ensuring that employees have the tools, information, motivation and drive to collaborate when necessary, to use certain technologies the moment they’re needed and to tackle each project without time wasted. Having the direction, motivation, and resources necessary make our employees the most agile and focused in the industry.
Any cohesive team can accomplish remarkable things when members have open lines of communication, necessary resources at their disposal, and counter-reliance between members. At eAdvantage, we ensure daily that all of these factors are in place. As a result, our company can function as one single adaptive and innovative team that allows for extreme agility throughout all company endeavors. eAdvantage is rare in that it can also function as multiple teams, each functioning at a high level of performance starting at the project planning stage and ending with customer delivery.

Job applicants are evaluated solely on ability, experience, and the requirements of the job.
During hiring, eAdvantage has its own unique process, purposefully aligned with company values, to help us attract the candidate best suited for each particular opening. If you apply to a position at our company, look for the following elements in our hiring process.
Submission of online application – Our extensive application form allows the candidate to boast about his or her many achievements, both experientially and educationally, but also in other areas of the candidate’s life.
Phone call or phone interview – An eAdvantage project manager or supervisor will contact candidates that meet job qualifications in order to gather more information about the candidate’s prior experience, both educational and professional. Applicants that give a successful phone interview may be asked to complete a sample assignment.
Sample of work application (if applicable) – Many eAdvantage employment opportunities require specific work skills. If an applicant applies for a job in an area requiring different hard-skills, he or she may be sent a mini-assignment to gauge the candidate’s expertise in the corresponding area. Successful work samples will likely earn candidates an in-person team interview.
In-person team interview – Oftentimes, new job opportunities require that an individual collaborate extensively with our team of experts. Thus, team or group interviews with the candidate and existing team members may take place to determine whether the candidate is a good fit for the position. Candidates who successfully relay their various social and technical abilities will move to the fifth and final stage of the hiring process.
CEO and Supervisor meeting – The final stage of the hiring process requires that the candidate in question meet with eAdvantage’s CEO or his or her eventual supervisor. This final meeting will determine the candidate’s ability to successfully communicate throughout the ranks of the company and may lead to an offer.
We believe that this hiring process allows for unbiased, team-based hiring in which the candidate can learn about the company and his or her potential peers. Simultaneously, company employees at all ranks can determine whether said candidate is a good fit for the position in question.
